What are some symptoms of a milk allergy?
i think i may have one… i get cobble stoning, thick mucus, and stomach upset… i use lactaid but this seems to sometimes make the stomach upset worse. do I have a milk allergy?
I would say it sounds like you do have an allergy to dairy.
I would switch to Rice milk, and stay away from all dairy for a while. Then re-introduce dairy back into your diet. If you notice the symptoms worsen , then stay away from dairy all together.
